Book Four (right) was issued grandmother Adelaide Jeter Dickson, 340 Wyondotte, Shreveport, La. A second book was issued to my grandfather Donald C. Dickson. These books were well used. The only complete page (in both books) was green. The books contained at least two pages with black stamps marked SPARE. Only a few red (horn of plenty) and blue (wheet) stamps remain and they were loose in the books. |
