Rotary International Santa Claus visits Cozumel in 1993

District 4200

The picture did not appear in the paper. The translation was done by several of my ESL students who had been in the U.S. about one year at James Bowie High School, Arlington, Texas. By the way, I had a great time while I was there - Santa worked hard, we drove all around the island for five days, with me throwing out candies and passing out gifts. It was a great experience. The children said: "We know he is the real Santa, he can't speak Spanish . . ."
